Rudolf Vorster
Research and development Manager
Rudolf has over 27 years of engineering and business experience in scientific, industrial and metrology environments both locally and internationally. Over the last 10 years, Rudolf has focused on metrology and communication solutions for high consumption and domestic electricity users.
Delivering customised metering and data communications solutions to meet New Zealand specific energy retailer and electricity network distribution industry requirements as a key part of Rudolf's role.
Tracey Tämmler
Operations Manager
Tracey joined Mighty River Power in 2002, gaining significant experience in electricity and gas retailing. In her previous role Tracey's teams were responsible for dataflow throughout the customer lifecycle from acquisition to decommission.
Tracey leads Metrix Operations which focuses primarily on the provision of quality data and field services for Retailers. In addition Tracey oversees the deployment of advanced metering for Metrix. Previous management roles have been in healthcare, telecommunications, residential lending, property management and rental organisations.
Paul White
IS Manager
Paul has over 15 years experience in the utilities industry. He has spent the majority of his time working for large organisational environments delivering system and operational implementations, with significant involvements in mobile data and fleet- asset management applications.
Paul is now leading Metrix's IS team ensuring the systems are able to receive, store and deliver information from our smart meter technologies with critical accountabilities in delivering accurate, robust and reliable information.
Ishwa Dadi
Strategic Asset Manager
Ishwa has more than 28 years of experience in electricity utilities, both in New Zealand and South Africa. His experience has covered a diverse range of roles including Network Design, Network Operations Management and Customer Services Management. For the past 10 years he has been involved with energy metering, developing and influencing strategies for delivering long run economic value.
Damien McQuarrie
Finance Manager
Damien has 13 years of Finance and Accounting experience across a broad range of industries including the energy, media and healthcare sectors in both New Zealand and the UK.
With a background in Management Accounting and Financial Systems, Damien leads the Accounting function overseeing financial management, planning and reporting activities at Metrix.
Craig Hackett
Business Development Manager
Craig has some 20 years in the electricity industry primarily focusing in the areas of metering and load management. Craig has had a background in engineering but has held a number of commercial roles.
